Returns & exchanges
Fit should be a decision you can reverse. Heavyweight cotton behaves the same for everyone, but bodies are different — if a size is wrong, we swap it.
- 01Within 7 days of deliveryMessage us with the order number, the piece and the reason. No forms, no portal.
- 02Keep it unwornTags on, unwashed, no perfume or deodorant marks. We check every return before processing.
- 03We arrange the pickupOur courier reverses the parcel from the same address. Reverse pickup is free for the first exchange.
- 04Refund or exchangeCOD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 5 working days of the parcel reaching the studio.
What we cannot take back
- Washed, worn or altered pieces — including anything with a changed hem or removed tag.
- Multi-packs where only one tee of the bundle is returned.
- Pieces bought during a final-sale run, which are marked clearly at checkout.
Exchanges
Size swaps are subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, you can hold the credit for the next drop or take a refund. Because we run small batches, popular sizes in navy and charcoal can sell out within days.
Damaged or wrong piece
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately and collect the incorrect parcel — no charge to you.
