Shipping policy

1 · Where we ship

We ship across India through courier partners with cash-on-delivery support. There is no international shipping at the moment. Every order is packed and dispatched from our studio in Varanasi.

2 · Charges

• Flat delivery charge of ₹79 on orders below ₹1,499.
• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
• All prices include GST. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay at the door.

3 · Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm IST are packed the same working day; everything else goes out the next working day. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. You will receive the tracking reference by SMS and email once the courier scans the parcel.

4 · Cash on delivery

COD is the only payment method we offer. Please keep the exact amount ready — our courier partners are not required to carry change. If a COD parcel is refused at the door, repeat COD orders from the same number may be reviewed before dispatch.

5 · Address changes

Address, size or colour changes are possible up to 12 hours after ordering, provided the parcel has not been scanned by the courier. Write to us with your order number (format BA-YYMM-NNNNN) and the corrected details.

6 · Delays and serviceable pincodes

We do not blacklist pincodes and we do not run pincode-level availability checks — if the courier network reaches your address, we ship. During monsoon, festival weeks or local disruptions, delivery can extend; we will keep you informed on the number you provided.
